Picture Time!
Last week we took Isabelle to Sears and had her pictures done. She was a little cranky at first, but in no time she was hamming it up for the camera!! Isabelle has turned out to be such a happy, smiley baby. She did a great job and we got some cute pictures out of it.

Our Big Girl
I love this picture because her arms have little rolls in them!
This one has a perfect side view of her round, chubby cheeks!
Even though we know Isabelle is still just a little bitty thing, she seems so big to us lately!! The pictures above are some of my favorites lately that make her look like a big girl. Time really flies when you have a baby. As much as we can't wait for her to get to the next stage, we want her to stay an infant forever. Since we know she'll keep growing whether we want her to or not, we're just embracing her and enjoying every stage and every day.

A great weekend
Isabelle had a good weekend too!
Going out to dinner to celebrate Jeremy's birthday
Isabelle with her Grandma Mary
Jeremy's mom flew into town last Thursday night for a long weekend. She was missing Isabelle so bad and had to make a little trip down to spend time with her only grandchild. Friday we all went out to lunch at Olive Garden to celebrate Valentine's Day since Jeremy and I both had to work on Valentine's. Friday night Jeremy worked, and Mary watched the baby while I shopped for Jeremy's birthday presents. Sunday, Mary made a really nice brunch and Jill came over with the kids. Sunday night, Jeremy and I went to New York Prime, the restaurant where he works, and had an amazing dinner to celebrate his birthday. We really enjoyed ourselves. We were there for over three hours, just talking and spending time together, not to mention eating some really good food! On Monday Mary had to fly back to Erie. Thank you Mary for coming to visit us and taking care of Isabelle, I know she had a great time with her grandma. Now that we have a baby, we truly treasure the times where we get a little break and get to spend time together. Today is Jeremy's actual birthday....Happy Birthday Jeremy! I love you so much. You're a wonderful husband and an amazing daddy. I'm so blessed and thankful to the Lord for bringing you into my life.

Here We Go...Steelers!
The other day I was showing Jeremy the last post I put up about Isabelle turning 3 months old. She happened to turn 3 months old on Superbowl Sunday, so Jeremy asked why I didn't mention anything about the Steelers winning the superbowl in my post. So, Jeremy...this is for you! My husband is a lifetime, die hard Steelers fan. Needless to say, he was very excited to see his team go to the superbowl and win! I admit, it was a pretty exciting game. It got pretty hairy at the end, but the Steelers pulled through for the win. We went to Jill and Robert's house for a little superbowl get-together. There was a lot of good food and we had a really good time. The picture above is of Jeremy and Isabelle on superbowl. Jeremy has his Steelers shirt on and Isabelle is dressed in Steelers colors. Isabelle is drawn to the tv whenever sports are on. The other picture is of Isabelle sitting in her bouncy seat watching football. I will try my hardest to make her into a girly girl, but she might resist...we'll see!

3 months old
What a face!
She's getting good at sitting up in her Bumbo
This past Sunday, February 1st, Isabelle Faith turned 3 months old. This past months she's really changed a lot. She continues to smile like crazy and "talks" all the time. We love hearing her sweet little voice making all sorts of sounds. A couple weeks ago she actually rolled over! I had her on the floor on her tummy and we were playing, I turned around for a second and turned back and she had rolled over onto her back! She's done it tons of times since and loves to show off her new "trick!" She's still in her catnap phase during the day, but we're working on it. However, we have no complaints about her nighttime sleep. About a month ago she slept at a 5 hour stretch for the first time, then did 6-7 hours several times, and just a few nights ago she slept for an 8 hour stretch!! For the most part, I only have to get up with her once during the night. Even then, she still will go back to sleep for a few more hours. Right now, we're in the second week of me being back at work and Jeremy being home with her on those days. Jeremy's doing a great job with her and it's getting easier for both of them. We love our baby girl so much, and she has brought so much joy into our lives. We thank God daily for our daughter and pray His touch on her life.
